Halloween Campaign Reviewed

This Halloween we’ve been contacted for the campaign we produced to promote the work our sister company, LionCreative, did for McVities beloved Jaffa Cakes. They asked our permission to use and showcase our design in a Halloween themed campaign.

We were happy to let them use our work and very pleased to read their review about it:

Goodbye Internet Explorer 6

Internet Explorer 6 would be 10 years old in 2011 but many web designers are trying everything they can to prevent IE 6 ever reaching that age which in browser-age language is far to old. LionDigital share this opinion and we’ve decided that IE 6 would not be a browser supported by default. Of course there will always be an odd time when a client requests their website to be IE 6 “friendly” although we seriously doubt IE 6 can be a true friend to anyone but let’s not go there.

With many other browsers available out there, people have the choice and above all the right to better surfing conditions! Here is a selection for you:

• Mozilla Firefox
• Apple Safari
• Opera
• Google Chrome

That’s a list of the better known ones and yes we’ve left out Internet Explorer.

LionDigital Showreel

We’ve been busy in Adobe After Effects creating a showreel for LionDigital. It’s got a pumpin track so you might want to turn the volume up (or down if you’re in a quiet office).
